- Manage dish ware during service
- Operate a 3 compartment sink and a commercial dishwasher with hustle and attention to detail.
- General kitchen prep, cleaning and organization 
- Prepare our unique house-made plant-based toppings.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Occasionally provide excellent customer service and address any guest needs with the help of the team.


- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous experience in a restaurant is great, but not necessary for the right candidate
- Enthusiasm for plant-based cuisine and our.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to excellence.

- Stretch and top Neapolitan pizzas with consistency and creativity.
- Cook pizzas to perfection in a wood-fired oven.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and innovate new menu items.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns promptly.


- Previous experience in pizza making or culinary arts is a plus, but not required. We are ready to train the right candidate.
- Passion for cooking and a strong desire to become an expert in Neapolitan pizza.
- Enthusiasm for plant-based cuisine and sustainable food practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace.
